Doyle Hazen has transitioned to the General Manager position after the retirement of Keith Harvey at the end of June. Doyle has been the Manager of Finance & Administration since he started with NCPPD 24 years ago. Doyle graduated from Verdigre High School. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Minor in Computer Information Systems, and a Masters of Business Administration from Wayne State College.
