North Central Public Power District works diligently to provide safe, reliable, and affordable electricity to its customers. In a continued effort to set each rate based on cost of service, new rates have been approved by the Board of Directors for 2021. Although the rates are changing, the overall impact from these changes is revenue neutral to North Central PPD. Individual customers may see a slight increase or decrease in their bill, but most will see no change. You will see these changes beginning with your January 2021 bill.
