Pursuant to the resignation of Director Curt Zimmerer, effective December 31, 2020, the Board of Directors of North Central Public Power District will receive written Applications from interested and qualified applicants for the purpose of consideration of filling said Director vacancy. This Director vacancy is an “at large” position scheduled to expire in January 2023. All individuals interested in submitting Applications for consideration to fill the Director vacancy must reside within the service area of the District.

All interested and qualified individuals must complete the APPLICATION FOR CONSIDERATION OF DIRECTOR VACANCY form which may be obtained from Doyle Hazen, General Manger, North Central Public Power District, 1409 Main St., PO Box 90, Creighton, NE, 68729 or by contacting said General Manager at (402)358-5112. Said completed Applications, dated and duly executed, must be delivered to Doyle Hazen, General Manager, by 12:00 Noon on March 1, 2021. The Board of Directors shall consider the qualified Applications received at any future regular or special meeting of the Board for the purpose of determining whether or not to fill the existing Director vacancy. All Applications received shall be retained by North Central Public Power District. The selection of any individual to fill said vacancy, if any, shall be made at the sole discretion of and pursuant to procedures determined by the Board of Directors. If an individual is selected by the Board of Directors to fill the Director vacancy, said individual will be contacted and advised of the opportunity to accept the Board of Director position, subject to said individual being qualified under Nebraska law and subject to certification as required by the Secretary of State, State of Nebraska.
