Thad Hazen, son of Doyle and LaDonna Hazen of rural Verdigre, NE was selected by the North Central PPD Board of Directors to receive the Peter E. Thomassen scholarship for the 2021-2022 academic year. He will receive $500 per semester towards his academic tuition at Northeast Community College (NECC) in Norfolk, NE.
